Managing Media

Upload, manage, and reuse images across your ProAngler profile, plugins, and products.

Overview

The Media Manager is your central image library. Upload images once and reuse them across your profile, plugins, blog posts, products, and anywhere else you need an image on ProAngler.

Access the Media Manager from your dashboard at Dashboard β†’ Media.

Storage Limits

Storage quotas and per-file upload limits are based on your plan:

PlanTotal StorageMax File Size
Free10 MB2 MB
Pro100 MB10 MB
Business1 GB10 MB

Your current usage and remaining storage are displayed in the Media Manager stats panel. Deleting an image frees up that storage immediately.

Uploading Images

Images can be uploaded directly from the Media Manager or from any image picker within the dashboard (plugin editors, blog editor, product forms, etc.).

Supported formats: JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP

Maximum dimensions: 2400 Γ— 2400 px

When uploading, the system checks:

  1. File type is supported
  2. File size is within your plan's per-file limit
  3. Your total storage quota has not been exceeded

If either limit is exceeded, the upload will be rejected with a message indicating the reason.

Using Images

Once uploaded, images are available in the image library picker throughout the dashboard. You can copy an image's URL directly from the Media Manager to paste it anywhere a URL is accepted.

Deleting Images

To remove an image, click Remove in the image table. If the image is currently in use (referenced by a plugin, product, blog post, etc.), you will be warned before deletion and given the option to cancel. Removing an in-use image will break that reference.

Deleted images are permanently removed from storage and cannot be recovered.

Upgrading Storage

To increase your storage quota or per-file upload limit, upgrade your plan from Dashboard β†’ Settings β†’ Billing.

Plan upgrades take effect immediately β€” your new storage limit is applied as soon as your subscription is activated.
